Terms, Conditions & Privacy Statement :

1.)  FindBestVilla welcomes all advertisements in good faith and expects the property owners (advertisers) give brief and precise information about their properties.

2.)  Please note that New advertisements are  taking at least 3 working days to process and to give advertisements is free  for now.                                                   

3.)  FindBestVilla will take utmost  care to reproduce  the texts, prices, contact details and photographs provided to us by advertisers. We will not however be held responsible  for any loss arising out of any syntax error or omission on our part during at any stage of advertising.                                                                          

4.)  FindBestVilla  holds  the right to decide the design and layout of advertisements, and (at our discretion) make arrangements to the  submitted text and/ or photographs, should we consider any to be necessary. FindBestVilla  will not be held liable for any loss arising out of such arrangements.                                                                   

5.)  All advertisements should comply with relevant Turkish Republic`s legislation including the Turkish Commercial Law and the Consumer Protection Act . The advertiser agrees to indemnify FindBestVilla against all claims costs arising out of any misleading information in the advertisement.                                                                                   

6.)  In case of loss and / or  damage of the text, photograph  or other media supplied by the  advertisers to prepare the advertisements,  FindBestVilla can not be held responsible however FindBestVilla  accepts to take  utmost care of the materials.

7.) It is the advertisers` responsibility to  make sure that  they have the right to reproduce any photographs or digital images which they supply to us. The advertiser agrees to indemnify FindBestVilla  against all claims costs arising out of any infringement of copyright for such photographs, images, datas.              

8.)  All digital images produced by FindBestVilla  from photographs supplied by advertisers are the property of FindBestVilla, and shall not be reproduced without our permission.                                                                                        

Personal website  Links:

9.) FindBestVilla will (at our sole discretion) include one link per advertisement to a personal website. This link will be placed under the owner’s contact details section at the end of the advertisement. The personal website must be related only to the property advertised on our web site. We reserve the right to refuse such links, or remove them without notice.

Exchanging Properties:

10.) The advertisers are free to give multiple property advertisements. However it is not allowed to substitute a different property by changing the text and photographs on an advertisement.

11.) The advertiser is free  to withdraw their advertisement from the Finbestvilla.com  website at any time – please notify us in writing  e-mail. They may also request that that their advertisement is reinstated at any time during the period of advertising given. Please note that the period of advertising will not be extended to allow for the time when the advertisement was not showing on the web site.

Email Enquiry Forms:
12.) Email enquiry forms are provided on each advertisement for the sole use of holidaymakers making genuine availability and booking enquiries. FindBestVilla monitors the use of these forms and will suppress any such emails which we consider not to be genuine availability or booking enquiries or which constitute unsolicited commercial marketing.

Level of Service:
13.) FindBestVilla will endeavour to approve new advertisements, and approve changes to existing advertisements as quickly as we possibly can. However, as we have no control over the number of requests that we receive at any time, we are unable to guarantee response times.

14.) FindBestVilla will endeavour as far as practical to ensure that the website is available on the internet at all times. However some breaks in service are inevitable and often beyond our control, we are therefore unable to guarantee 100% availability. All the advertisers are welcome to share ideas with FindBestVilla any feedback are politely welcome.
