This villa has two bedrooms, a shower/bathromm and a kithen/lounge area. It is very spacious with ample room and easily sleeps 5 people. In the courtyard is a fitted canopy to give added protection for those people wanting some time out of the sun. You can sunbathe on the solarium and it gets very hot in the July and August months for those who want the perfect tan, but use lots of sun cream for protection. The villa is is well furnished with many extras to make your holiday an enjoyable experience. It has two different television programme providers so you will not miss your favourite programmes.

Alicante airport is 40 minutes drive away and Murcia airport is 30 minutes drive away, We would highly recommend that you hire a car which both airports provide this facility.

Quesada centre is 5 minutes drive from the villa and the golf course is two minutes away. There are a number of local interest places you can visit like Torrevieja, Guardamar and the historical city of Cartagena which is 1 hours drive.

| Nearest Beach: |
The best beach is Guardamar which is a blue flag beach with lots of bars and some beach huts serving drinks . The sand is golden and the beach is patrolled and has a life guard.

You have the luxury of an american syle kitchen with all the modern equipment and utensils you need. We also have a bar-b-cue. It has a washing machine,fidge freezer and cooker with hob.

There are two bedrooms, a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the smaller bedroom. there is also a pullout/foldaway bed shold you need it for a fifth person.

We have a wc bathroom with shower which is quite powerful.

| Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: |
The proerty will be cleaned prior to arrival but guests are asked to leave it reasonably clean on departure. Clean linen and towels are to be provided by the renter but this can be discussed when making a booking.

The lounge is fitted with two settee`s and has a television which has two differnt types of freesat t.v providers.there is als o DVD and stereo system.

The solarium is ideal for sunbathing but beware it gets very hot up there, in the courtyard there is a wind out canopy where you relax in the shade.

Near the villa is a water park which has a number of fun rides and slides but go early as it gets busy in the peak months.

There are a number of sun loungers and sun beds to use and table and chars with umbrellas alongside the pool and on the solarium.

The pool is private and is a good size , also the communal pool is very close which proves popular with the young people and also has sun beds and umbrellas around it.
